Golden Moments Senior Conversations, LLC

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of services provided by Golden Moments Senior Conversations, LLC (“Golden Moments,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking, purchasing, accessing, or participating in any service offered by Golden Moments, you agree to these Terms and to the Company’s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
If you do not agree, you should not use the services.
2. Service Description
Golden Moments provides a structured, scheduled, phone‑based conversation service intended to foster respectful connection and companionship. Services are professional, non‑clinical, and delivered within clearly defined boundaries.
3. Non‑Clinical and Non‑Therapeutic Disclaimer
Golden Moments is not a provider of therapy, counseling, medical services, mental health treatment, crisis intervention, or emergency services. Use of the service does not create a therapist‑client, counselor‑client, or healthcare provider‑patient relationship.
The service does not replace professional medical, mental health, legal, or emergency services.
If a participant experiences a medical or emotional emergency, call 911 or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline immediately.
4. Eligibility
Services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
5. Caregiver and Third‑Party Booking
Family members, caregivers, or authorized third parties may book services on behalf of another adult. The booking party confirms that:
• The participant has consented to receive the service
• All participant information provided is accurate
• The participant understands the non‑clinical nature of the service
Golden Moments is not responsible for disputes between the booking party and the participant.
6. Scheduling, Attendance, and Cancellations
All services must be scheduled in advance through the booking system.
Clients are responsible for attending appointments at the scheduled time. Missed sessions, late arrivals, or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the session without refund unless otherwise stated.
Golden Moments reserves the right to establish and modify cancellation, rescheduling, and no‑show policies.
7. Payments and Refunds
Payment is required as published at the time of booking. Payments are processed via secure third‑party providers. Golden Moments does not store payment details.
Refunds, if offered, are at the Company’s discretion and subject to service policies.
8. Professional Conduct and Boundaries
All conversations must remain respectful, appropriate, and within the scope of service. Golden Moments reserves the right to end or refuse service for conduct that is abusive, unsafe, harassing, sexually inappropriate, or outside the service purpose.
Golden Moments does not provide: • Medical advice
• Mental health counseling
• Crisis intervention
• Legal advice
• Financial advice
9. Communication and Consent
By using the service, you consent to receive service‑related communications such as appointment reminders, confirmations, and administrative notices.
No specific emotional outcomes or personal results are guaranteed.
10. Privacy and Confidentiality
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Conversations are treated with discretion; however, Golden Moments is not subject to confidentiality laws governing licensed clinical or medical professionals.
11. Recording
Golden Moments does not record conversations without consent when required by law. Clients may not record conversations without prior written permission from the Company.
12. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, materials, and website assets are the intellectual property of Golden Moments Senior Conversations, LLC and may not be used without written consent.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golden Moments shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Participation is voluntary and at the user’s discretion.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Golden Moments Senior Conversations, LLC from any claims arising from misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.
15. Service Changes and Termination
Golden Moments may modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time. Access may be terminated for violations of these Terms.
16. Force Majeure
Golden Moments is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Golden Moments Senior Conversations, LLC is registered.
18. Severability
If any provision is deemed unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in full effect.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms and the Privacy Policy together constitute the entire agreement between you and Golden Moments.
