Golden Moments Senior Conversations, LLC (“Golden Moments,” “Company,” “we,” or “us”) values reliability, professionalism, and respect for scheduled time. This Cancellation Policy outlines expectations related to scheduling, rescheduling, late cancellations, and missed conversations.

Scheduling

All conversations must be scheduled in advance through the Company’s designated booking system. Once an appointment is confirmed, that time is reserved exclusively for the client and is unavailable to others.

Rescheduling

Clients are encouraged to provide at least twelve (12) hours notice when rescheduling an appointment whenever possible. This allows Golden Moments to manage availability and maintain a consistent service experience.

Rescheduling requests may be submitted through the booking confirmation link or via the Contact Page on the website.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made with less than twelve (12) hours notice may be considered a late cancellation. Late cancellations may result in the session being counted as used and may not be eligible for refund or reschedule.

Golden Moments understands that unforeseen circumstances can occur and will review situations with care and professionalism when appropriate.

Missed Conversations (No‑Shows)

If a client does not attend a scheduled conversation and does not provide advance notice, the session may be considered completed and non‑refundable.

Golden Moments will initiate the scheduled conversation at the agreed‑upon appointment time using the contact information provided at booking. If there is no answer, Golden Moments will make up to two (2) additional attempts to connect, approximately five (5) minutes and ten (10) minutes after the scheduled start time.

If contact is not established after these attempts within the scheduled session window, the appointment will be considered completed and a missed conversation (no‑show). Failure to connect due to client unavailability will be treated as a no‑show.

Late Arrivals

If a conversation begins late due to client unavailability, the session will still conclude at the originally scheduled end time to respect other scheduled appointments. Extensions or additional time are not guaranteed.

Changes to This Policy

Golden Moments reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
