Still Have a Question?
It’s natural to want a clear sense of how things work before getting started. This page is here to help you understand what Golden Moments offers and what you can expect.
📞 What are the conversations like? Each call is relaxed and shaped by the person on the other end. Some people enjoy sharing stories or talking about their day. Others prefer a quieter pace.
There’s no script — just a steady, respectful conversation.
👤 Will I speak with the same person each time? Yes. Golden Moments is a personal, founder‑led service. You’ll hear a familiar voice, which helps create comfort over time.
💬 What if my loved one doesn’t talk much? That’s completely okay.
Some conversations begin slowly, and that’s part of the process. There’s no pressure to fill every moment. Comfort grows at its own pace.
🤍 What if they don’t enjoy the call? Everyone is different. If something doesn’t feel like the right fit, adjustments can be made.
The goal is for each conversation to feel comfortable — never forced.
☕ Do you follow a script or set topics? No. Each conversation unfolds naturally based on the individual. There are no scripts, checklists, or required topics.
📝 Can I receive updates after the call? Yes. Optional update notes are available as an add‑on. These are simple, non‑clinical summaries to help you stay aware and connected.
📅 Can I request specific days and times? Yes. Conversations are scheduled in advance based on availability. For those who prefer consistency, this creates a familiar time to return to.
🏢 Can this be used in senior communities or care settings? Yes. Golden Moments can be scheduled for individuals living in assisted living, independent living, retirement communities, or other residential settings.
⏰ Is this service available 24/7? No. Golden Moments is a scheduled service, not an on‑demand or emergency line. Calls take place at agreed‑upon times.
🚨 What happens in an emergency? Golden Moments is a non‑clinical conversation service and does not provide emergency support. If immediate help is needed, please contact 911 or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
🩺 Is this therapy, counseling, or medical care? No. Golden Moments is centered around conversation and companionship. It does not provide medical, mental health, or clinical services.
🔄 What if I need to reschedule? Conversations can be rescheduled with advance notice. This helps keep things steady while still allowing flexibility when needed.
🌿 If you’d like a little more clarity or would like to talk it through, you’re welcome to reach out. You can also schedule a short introductory call to get a feel for how everything works.
Opening ears. Opening hearts. One conversation at a time.
When you're ready, I'd be honored to connect.
